Welcome to Crazy Good Buy! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Crazy Good Buy (“CrazyGoodBuy.com”, “Crazy Good Buy”, “CGB”), Crazy Good Buy is operated by The Crazy Good Company LLC. Crazy Good Buy operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, auctions, and services, to provide customers with access to commercial restaurant, bar, and foodservice equipment (the “Services”).

Crazy Good Buy is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, including all purchases of commercial equipment and participation in the Daily Deal auction. They include important information about your legal rights, warranties, limitations of liability, and obligations.

By visiting, using, or interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may be asked to provide account information such as your name, email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – COMMERCIAL USE ONLY

Crazy Good Buy sells commercial-grade equipment intended for business use. By purchasing through the Services, you confirm that:

• You are acquiring items for commercial or business purposes;

• You understand commercial equipment may require professional installation, specific utilities, and compliance with local building or health codes.

Crazy Good Buy does not guarantee compatibility with residential environments.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and condition details for all Products. However, errors may occur.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct inaccuracies;

• Update product information;

• Modify descriptions;

• Cancel orders affected by errors (with a full refund).

Product appearance may vary based on device display settings.

All descriptions of Products, including Daily Deal items, are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Crazy Good Buy may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed for shipment.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Prices do not include:

• Shipping and freight

• Accessorial fees

• Taxes

• Customs or import charges (if applicable)

You agree to provide accurate and current billing details and authorize Crazy Good Buy to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once Products are transferred to the freight carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.

Buyers are required to inspect shipments upon delivery. This includes:

• Inspecting packaging before signing

• Photographing visible damage

• Noting damage on the delivery receipt

• Reporting concealed damage within required timeframes

Failure to follow these procedures may limit our ability to assist with freight claims.

SECTION 7 – NEW VS. USED EQUIPMENT

Crazy Good Buy sells both new and gently used equipment.

New Equipment

May include a manufacturer’s warranty if applicable. Warranty claims are governed by the manufacturer.

Used, Open-Box, and Gently Used Equipment

Sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty from Crazy Good Buy unless expressly stated in writing.

Used equipment may contain signs of wear, cosmetic imperfections, or evidence of prior use.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for verifying:

• Utility compatibility (electrical, gas, water)

• Installation requirements

• Ventilation or hood requirements

• Local code compliance

• Proper installation by a licensed professional

Crazy Good Buy is not responsible for improper installation or utility mismatch.

SECTION 8 – DAILY DEAL AUCTION

Participation in the Daily Deal auction is governed by our Auction Terms & Conditions.

All Daily Deal items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty, no returns, no cancellations, and no exceptions.

All bids are final and binding.

SECTION 9 – WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Except where expressly stated for eligible new equipment, the Services and all Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Crazy Good Buy disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Title

• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazy Good Buy shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue

• Business interruption or downtime

• Installation or service costs

• Spoilage or loss of product

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

Crazy Good Buy’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crazy Good Buy, its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from any claims arising out of.

• Your breach of these Terms;

• Your misuse of the Services or Products;

• Improper installation, operation, or maintenance;

• Failure to comply with local codes and regulations.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update information at any time, including after an order has been placed.
